THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Territory Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct support to retail accounts across an assigned geographic region. This field-based position ensures that brand standards are consistently upheld in-store by executing merchandising, delivering materials, sharing timely product updates, and capturing actionable feedback. You will play a key role in supporting the company's retail execution strategy by acting as a reliable point of contact for store-level needs.
A successful candidate is service-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-driven. You are confident working independently in the field and comfortable building rapport with store staff to ensure alignment with sales objectives and in-store initiatives.
You will serve as the primary field support contact for accounts in regions of California.

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Employees whose job duties require them to drive a company vehicle or their own vehicle for business purposes will be required to provide, prior to their first day of employment: (i) proof of a current valid driver's license; (ii) proof of current vehicle registration; and (iii) proof of insurability under the company's policy or current effective insurance coverage in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the company's needs. The company retains the right to transfer an employee to an alternative position, suspend, or terminate an employee whose license is suspended or revoked, or who fails to maintain personal automobile insurance coverage or who is uninsurable under the company's policy.
Please be advised that the company participates in a system that regularly checks state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records of all employees who are required to drive as part of their job.
The company will reimburse employees who use their personal vehicles for business-related mileage at the current Internal Revenue Service reimbursement rate for any travel that exceeds the employee's usual commute to and from work.
