Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own activity across your assigned retail territory. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and nurture strong relationships with store staff.

This hands-on role emphasizes independent work, problem solving, and active travel between store locations. A valid driver’s license and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-ograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
