Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own a territory, maintain sharp in-store displays, and ensure inventory flows smoothly. You will travel between stores, build relationships with store staff, and handle service reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
