Hillman Group in Frisco, TX is hiring a Store Sales Representative who will own your territory, be the face of Hillman in partner stores, keep displays sharp, and ensure inventory flows smoothly.

This hands-on role requires travel between stores, the ability to read plan-o-grams, lift up to 50 lbs, read store reports, and build strong relationships with store associates. The position offers hourly pay, car allowance, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or field service.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between store locations, possibly overnight.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain in-store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product for optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets and fixture assembly/disassembly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports and photo documentation.
