Job summary

Frederick Steel Co. is seeking an Account Manager to lead sales of our steel and processing services in a defined territory, covering Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area.

The role requires face-to-face client engagement and close collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial sales, a College degree or equivalent experience, and a solid understanding of steel products and applications.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least 8 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience.
• Knowledge of steel applications and products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly sales goals.
• Build ongoing customer partnerships with regular contact to identify opportunities.
• Create sales strategy and territory plan.
• Report progress on strategy and plan using prescribed tools.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, tech and services.
