Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our salon and spa partnerships. This contracted, commission-based role involves opening new accounts and expanding business within existing accounts, with close collaboration with the Central Office Inside Sales team.

You will train customers at their spa locations, support ordering, and use CRM tools to document interactions.

Qualifications

• Esthetics License/Certification required.
• Overnight travel within territory required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to each customer at their spa location quarterly (1.5–3 hours).
• Provide monthly support visits to customers meeting revenue thresholds.
• Provide monthly training to all new customers for first 3 months after opening.
• Assist customers with menus, protocols and ordering processes.
• Annually set goals with customers and provide necessary support to achieve them.
• Track sales activities and communications in the CRM.
• Prospect new business and maintain an active lead pipeline.
• Represent Eminence at tradeshows and follow up on leads.
