Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a territory across West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. You will train spa partners, open new accounts, and strengthen existing relationships while coordinating with the Central Office Inside Sales team.

You will travel within the territory, conduct product trainings, manage orders, and drive revenue growth through a mix of contracted and commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Esthetics license/certification required.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and beyond as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for assigned territory.
• Esthetics experience with Eminence products preferred; 2+ years sales experience; 1 year training/presentation experience; CRM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to Customers at their spa locations quarterly (1.5–3 hours).
• Provide Monthly Support Visits to Customers meeting revenue thresholds.
• Provide monthly training to new Customers for first 3 months.
• Assist Customers with menus, protocols, and event planning.
• Meet annually with each Customer to set goals and provide support to achieve them.
• Drive territory sales by following up on leads and closing deals.
• Represent Eminence at tradeshows and organize local staff when needed.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM and leverage Eminence Maps/Klipfolio.
