Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who operates as a contracted, commission-based partner and maintains their own business entity. You will open new accounts and grow existing ones, coordinating with Eminence’s Inside Sales team to process orders, inquiries, and training needs.

You will travel within the territory to deliver quarterly product trainings, assist with menus and protocols, and drive sales growth while documenting activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Must hold Esthetics license/certification.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for territory.
• Minimum 2 years esthetics experience and 3 years sales.
• 2+ years customer service experience; 1+ year training/presentation.
• Passport required for travel; familiarity with Eminence products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly in-person training at spa locations (1.5–3 hours).
• Provide monthly support visits to high-revenue customers.
• Train new customers for first 3 months after opening.
• Assist customers with menus, protocols, and orders.
• Set annual goals with customers and drive sales activity.
• Prospect new business and manage a lead pipeline.
• Represent Eminence at tradeshows and follow up on leads.
