Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania, requiring an Esthetics license. You will operate as a contracted partner, opening new accounts and growing existing ones while educating customers on Eminence products and maintaining CRM communications.

You will travel within the territory, train clients quarterly, support ordering, and collaborate with Inside Sales to reach annual targets.

Qualifications

• Esthetics license/certification required.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for assigned territory.
• Esthetics experience – minimum 2 years.
• Sales experience – minimum 3 years.
• Customer service experience – minimum 2 years.
• Training facilitation and/or presentation experience – minimum 1 year.
• Valid passport.
• Esthetics experience using Eminence products preferred.
• Experience managing a territory as a Sales Representative preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas with a strong drive to close deals and prospect new business.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Data Entry, and Outlook; Salesforce experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to customers at their spa locations on a quarterly basis (1.5–3 hours every 3 months).
• Provide monthly support visits to customers that meet revenue thresholds.
• Provide monthly training to all new customers for the first 3 months after opening.
• Assist customers with menu descriptions and protocols.
• Meet annually with each customer to set goals and provide support to achieve them.
• Participate in sales activities to meet fiscal year targets.
• Support customers in placing orders and using Eminence’s B2B online ordering tool.
• Assist customers with Loyalty Program resources to grow their business.
• Assist with event planning, merchandising, staff contests, promotions, and advertising.
• Drive completion of the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey within territory.
• Set targets for new business and prospect the territory accordingly.
• Document sales activities in the CRM and utilize Eminence Maps/Klipfolio.
• Proactively prospect new business and maintain an active Lead Pipeline.
• Represent Eminence at tradeshows and follow up on leads.
