Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to operate independently while driving growth and support for Spa Partners across the US. In this role, you will open new accounts, provide quarterly training, and assist Spa Partners with various growth strategies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in esthetics and customer service, along with strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and travel outside the territory as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for the assigned territory is required.
• Esthetics experience using Eminence products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet annually with each Spa Partner to set goals for the upcoming year and provide necessary support.
• Deliver training to each Spa Partner at their spa location on a quarterly basis.
• Assist Spa Partners with event planning, merchandising, promotions, and advertising.

Education

Esthetics experience – minimum 2 years
