Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a Territory Service/Stocking Representative to service Lowe's stores in Yukon, Central OKC, Edmond, and nearby areas. You will stock replenishment orders, process credits for damaged products, and perform inventory counts while maintaining Novo BP product displays.

The role requires travel to multiple stores within the territory, strong customer relationships, and the ability to manage stock levels to reduce outages. OT and training support are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of current auto insurance.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: 2540 - Central Oklahoma City, OK - Central Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.75 - $20.75Hourly, Travel Percentage: Up to 25%, Job Shift: Day, The Territory Service/Stocking Representative services Novo BP products such as lumber, moulding, and millwork within Lowe's stores. Responsibilities include stocking replenishment orders by hand, processing credits for damaged products, performing inventory counts, managing stock levels to reduce outages, recommending new products, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally supporting product resets and training. The rep covers all stores listed on the ad.

Salary and Incentives

• $20.75/hr.
• $2,000 bonus
• Car Allowance - $380/mo.

Essential Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned stores within “Territory” on a regular, pre-determined call schedule to service the store. May berequiredto travel toadditionalstores outside of the assigned Territory.
• Manage strong relationships with store personnel (store management, red vest, MST, etc.)
• Maintain accurate inventory by making focus and cycle count adjustments and/or notifying customers of necessary changes when appropriate.
• Maintainappearanceof the Company’s products in the store by cleaning, culling, placing suggested orders, preparing returns and credits, and making sure point-of-purchase materials are up to date and in place.
• Provide training to store personnel on the Company’s products and services.
• Analyze performance, product mix, market conditions, and new product opportunities and recommend changes when appropriate.
• Facilitate storeresetactivity with the NHC Store Planning Team as required.
• Participate in special events (i.e., Grand Openings, Contractor Nights, Product Knowledge Training, Company Meetings, etc.).
• Stock replenishmentorders asassigned within48 hoursof delivery tostore(may be required to stock additional stores as needed).
• Manage all expenses per corporate policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct, professionalism, courtesy, ethics, and a “can-do” attitude when representing the Company.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule

Travel Requirements
