As a Territory Sales Trainee, you’ll meet homeowners, explain options, and build trust through professional conversations that focus on value and reliability. We provide training to help you succeed and offer a fast-paced, high-earning environment with weekly pay.

What We Are Looking For in a Territory Sales Trainee:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Sales, solar, roofing, construction, account management, sales closing, sales consulting, call center, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required as we train the right people)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with homeowners is a must
• Desire to advance within a company, earn, and advance
