Job summary

Dunlop Sports Americas is seeking an energetic XXIO Territory Manager to drive sales and promote tech and events across the region. You will manage Authorized Dealers, train staff, and execute promotional events to grow dealer networks and territory revenue.

The role requires travel, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to balance sales, tech, and events responsibilities while building strong customer relationships and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Golf industry, retail and/or education experience a plus.
• High-energy individual with strong multi-tasking, selling skills, and relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellence at managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Managing XXIO business with Authorized Dealers and promoting events.
• Spearheading product training of XXIO Dealers and staff.
• Hitting targets: number of dealers, territory revenue, van sales, trial days.
• Operating a full-service Sprinter Van with POP, demo/trial products, and inventory.
• Submitting monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory reports.
• Maintaining weekly and monthly travel and call schedules and updating supervisor.
• Occasional season-month postings in other XXIO markets.
