Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and nurture customer relationships across multiple locations.

You will travel between stores, execute planograms, and ensure optimal stock levels while building strong relationships with store staff. A hands-on role with active daily problem-solving and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Retail or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores.
• Keep displays sharp and inventory flowing.
• Execute planograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
