Job summary

Hillman seeks a Store Sales Representative to own territory and be the face of Hillman in partner stores. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and nurture customer relationships across multiple locations in Utah.

This hands-on role requires travel, problem-solving, and ownership of day-to-day results. You will work independently, manage your schedule, and contribute to successful in-store experiences with plan-o-grams and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets and assemble/disassemble fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
