The Hillman Group is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in partnered stores. You will keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and cultivate strong relationships with store staff.

Travel between stores is required, and you will execute plan-o-grams, stock products, and perform display resets. Company benefits include health coverage, PTO, and a retirement plan.

Formación

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
