Ergodyne is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to drive growth by engaging end-user safety professionals and distributors across all product categories. You will travel to client sites ~65% of the time, build relationships with new and existing customers, and lead the full sales cycle from introduction to purchase and implementation.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and 1–3+ years in field selling, with CRM familiarity and QSSP certification preferred.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Specialist will prioritize sales efforts with both end user and distributor customers to drive positive sales growth within the assigned territory. You will oversee and provide product familiarization and education to end user safety professionals and distributors across all Ergodyne product categories to ensure positive user experience.
As the primary sales representative for the region, you will lead and participate in multi-functional team efforts while understanding and effectively communicating all portions of the business.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a natural willingness to solve problems utilizing the products and tools offered to you and your customers across the risk hazards focused on and experienced by your customer base.
Travel to prospective client sites (end users and distributors) required 65% of the time.
This position requires you to be located within your territory.
Develop relationships with new End-users and key decision makers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing End-user customers.
