Goodwin Recruiting is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to build a brand-new territory and expand reseller partnerships through extensive in-person visits, demos, and long-term relationship building. You will travel frequently to drive dealer growth and represent our products across industrial, construction, and related markets.

The role emphasizes on-the-road execution, prospecting, and CRM activity to establish a high-performing territory with strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience required (inside sales, account management, pro desk, industrial sales, etc.).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and willingness to cold prospect.
• Comfortable spending most of the week driving and meeting customers face-to-face.
• Experience in industrial, construction, agricultural, manufacturing, warehousing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative for a field-based outside sales role focused on developing brand-new territories and growing reseller relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inside sales, account management, industrial, construction, agricultural, or blue-collar sales experience looking to break into outside sales.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You'll spend most of your time on the road making in-person customer visits, prospecting new dealers, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships across your territory.

Territory Sales Representative – Benefits And Compensation

• Base salary: $70,000-$80,000
• First-year OTE: $90,000-$100,000+
• Dealer sign-on bonuses and growth incentives
