Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and expand network within territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and resell to existing clients
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
