Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. is growing its Twin Cities Metro sales team with an Outside Sales Representative to support an established dealer and contractor base. You’ll drive territory growth, deepen relationships, and extend into South Dakota, leveraging proven momentum.

You will build on an existing market, use CRM/Data to prioritize opportunities, and benefit from structured training, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits to fuel your success.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience.
• Experience with hardscape, landscaping, or building materials is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and revenue-growth history.
• Willingness to travel and be in the field with customers.
• Strong communication and data-driven selling.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy.
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro.
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network.
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learned, and dealer events.
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
