Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support an established Twin Cities Metro market with existing dealer relationships and a loyal contractor base. You will enter a momentum-filled region and help capture growth while expanding into South Dakota.

Responsibilities include owning territory growth, building contractor and dealer relationships, educating customers, and driving demand through our dealer network.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset.
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities
