Techo-Bloc's Twin Cities Metro territory is thriving, and we're adding an Outside Sales Representative to support an established market with existing dealer relationships and a loyal contractor base.

You’ll own a territory, grow relationships with contractors and dealers, and help expand presence into South Dakota, using CRM and data to manage your pipeline.

The role offers base salary with commission, vehicle allowance, comprehensive benefits, and best-in-class training and development.

Competenze

• Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape/landscaping/building materials or dealer-network background is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of revenue growth.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and able to own a territory with travel.

Mansioni

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy.
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro.
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network.
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events.
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
