Job summary

OrthAlign, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base in the New York City region. You will travel to meet surgeons, conduct demos, train fellows and onboard new users, building strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and ASCs.

The role requires self-motivation, orthopedics knowledge, and the drive to expand sales in hip and knee replacement markets, with in-person work in NYC area. An entrepreneurial mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Base-level sales experience in orthopedics or capital sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Travel within NYC region to meet surgeons and conduct demos/trials.
• Train surgeons and staff; onboard new users.
• Grow and manage distributor relationships and territory utilization.
• Develop sales goals and execution plans with leadership.
