Job summary

Carboline in Baton Rouge is seeking a Sales Representative to lead our coatings sales in the local territory. You will engage customers, present products, and develop opportunities to grow our market share.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of sales success, and a valid driver's license. Travel up to 50% and a safety-focused team environment are supported. You'll collaborate with technical service teams and manage accounts while developing annual sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, a Technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of proven success in individual sales.
• Preferred: experience in industrial sales, especially within coatings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
