Job summary

Carboline is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead the sale of industry-leading coating solutions in the Baton Rouge area. You will cultivate relationships with existing customers, uncover new opportunities, and drive growth by understanding customer needs and presenting our products and services.

The role requires a minimum of one year in individual sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of proven success in individual sales.
• Experience in industrial coatings sales is preferred.
