Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks an entry-level Sales Representative for a local territory, outside field work meeting business owners and employees in person. This is an independent contractor role with flexible hours and control over your in-market schedule.

You’ll learn to present benefit options, build relationships, and guide coverage choices while we provide training, licensing support (Health & Life license within 90 days), and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with no prior insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with company support.
• Independent contractor with flexible schedule and local territory.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity and leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect for referrals and build a personal book of business.
• Set weekly/monthly goals with mentor and manager.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
