Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time, independent contractor role in direct sales within a local Texas territory. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and employees to present supplemental insurance options and guide enrollment decisions.

You'll operate with flexible scheduling, receive structured training and mentorship, and have the potential to earn substantial commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Ability to work face-to-face with clients in a local territory.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Manage enrollment, follow-up, and claims inquiries; track activities.
