Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for a territory-based, in-person role. This is an independent contractor position with scheduling freedom and a clear path to growth. You will learn the sales playbook, present benefits, and help clients with coverage choices.

We provide licensing support and ongoing coaching, and you’ll earn through commissions with potential bonuses. Prior insurance experience isn’t required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation and professional presence.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity and client info in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Set weekly and monthly goals with mentor and manager.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
