Job summary

Olé Mexican Foods is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in West Valley City, UT to drive growth and build lasting retail partnerships across the Lafayette territory. You will manage established sales routes and lead our sales drivers with a fast-paced, independent field environment.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or field sales; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred; a Bachelor's degree is nice-to-have. We offer 401(k) with company matching and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, CP G, or field-based sales.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Growth: develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Build Strong Partnerships: cultivate relationships with store managers and key retail decision-makers.
• Lead & Align Route Teams: coach and align sales drivers with goals; weekly strategy updates.
• Expand Market Presence: identify leads, manage prospects, and secure new business.
• Optimize Store Performance: conduct audits to minimize out-of-stocks and optimize merchandising.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: manage route logistics, vehicle and inventory compliance.
