Territory Sales Professional- Entry Level

This position involves developing a new book of business through face-to-face sales calls to businesses, focusing on new client acquisition and retention. You will work with a team of insurance producers and receive comprehensive training to connect with small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors.

Responsibilities include:
  • Using Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within your territory
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Visiting businesses to develop relationships and follow up on leads
  • Building and managing your client portfolio
  • Collaborating with your manager to set and meet sales targets
  • Maintaining daily work stats and sales activity records
Qualifications:
  • Pass a background check
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain one (training and reimbursement provided)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (candidates close to degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background considered)
