Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a competitive starting pay (paid weekly), which isn't based on sales results, but incentives may be available based on performance. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $20.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or sales careers within the company.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in-office, with work from home and local opportunities after training.
