Job summary

GFiber in Mesa, AZ is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to engage residents in upgrading home internet. Represent GFiber, build lead pipelines, and use Salesforce tools to maximize impact.

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped sales bonus, OTE $75,000 with potential $100,000; first 60 days guaranteed $3,000 bonus; company laptop and cell phone provided; travel reimbursement; career path to Senior Outside Sales Representative in six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (preferred in Phoenix/Mesa market).

Responsibilities

• Meet residents at homes to introduce GFiber services.
• Build and manage a lead pipeline across channels.
• Use Salesforce and sales tools to organize daily activities.
