Techo-Bloc's Twin Cities Metro territory is thriving — and we're adding to our team to keep up with the demand. This Outside Sales Representative role supports an established market with dealer relationships and a loyal contractor base, and includes expansion into South Dakota.

You will own a territory growth strategy, grow contractor and dealer relationships, generate new business, and use CRM and data to prioritize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience with revenue growth.
• Ability to travel and be in the field with customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and data-driven sales processes.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy.
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities.
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Educate contractors and drive demand through dealer network.
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events.
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
