Job summary

Techo-Bloc is expanding its Twin Cities Metro territory and proactively extending into South Dakota. This Outside Sales Representative role leverages an existing dealer network and contractor base to accelerate growth while delivering high-value customer support and product education.

You will build territory plans, deepen relationships, and educate contractors on Techo-Bloc solutions. Expect travel, field calls, and CRM-driven sales processes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Growth-minded sales professional with experience scaling an established territory.
• Experience in hardscape, building materials, or selling into a dealer network.
• Willingness to travel and conduct on-site sales calls.
• Strong relationship-building instincts and the discipline to work a structured, CRM-driven sales process.
• Valid driver's license and genuine enthusiasm for being on the road in the field.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own territory plan on top of an established base of dealer and contractor relationships.
• Deepen existing contractor and dealer relationships across the Twin Cities Metro, while extending our presence into South Dakota.
• Educate and support contractors so they choose Techo-Bloc for their projects.
• Turn contractor demand into real business for our dealer partners, and help grow our brand's presence within their business.
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, and product training so our brand shows well at every stop.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competitive landscape to accelerate growth beyond our current footprint.
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events across two states.
