Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a proven Twin Cities Metro territory. You will leverage existing dealer relationships and a loyal contractor base to drive demand and revenue.

You’ll expand into South Dakota, manage a robust pipeline with CRM, and participate in trade shows and events to strengthen brand presence. This role offers the chance to advance within a growing market and achieve meaningful sales milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience in hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer networks.
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue.
• Willingness to travel and be in the field with customers.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy.
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro.
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence into South Dakota.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network.
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, and dealer events.
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
