Blum USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the NY Boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island. You will drive sales of our premier product lines with both established and new customers and will strengthen relationships through proactive account management and product knowledge.

The role offers the chance to enhance selling skills, learn hardware knowledge, and be part of a supportive team and welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years sales equivalent work experience in sales, field sales or customer service required.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for Blum products.
• Support and implement strategic product and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external customers to cultivate strong relationships.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales, analyze results to identify opportunities and communicate findings.
• Participate in on-the-job training with management and Blum US to apply learned skills.
• Initiate and provide product training and demonstrations to educate customers.
• Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze market potential and communicate competitor data.
