Blum USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Los Angeles and Orange County region. You will drive sales of premium Blum products, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with a supportive team in a family-oriented culture.

The role offers on-site field work with opportunities to enhance selling, account management, and hardware knowledge while contributing to a dynamic, customer-focused organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years sales equivalent work experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid United States driver’s license in state of residence.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR screening.
• Willing to travel overnight as needed.
• Experience in woodworking/kitchen cabinet industry is a plus.
• Proactive, team-oriented with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform best-in-class sales and service to Blum customers.
• Support strategic product and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external customers to cultivate relationships.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and identify opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to educate customers.
