Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development in multifamily or commercial properties.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and building relationships with decision-makers.
• Comfortable meeting with property-level and regional decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Call on new multifamily and commercial accounts.
• Meet face-to-face with property managers, regional managers, and facility directors.
• Build relationships with ownership and management groups.
• Partner with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals to drive opportunities.
• Run emergency-response planning conversations and contribute to events.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline with proactive follow-ups.
