Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in construction or industrial sectors preferred.
• Experience with scaffolding or access solutions preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and grow territory revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in office and field environments.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow branch rental, sales, and service to support revenue goals.
• Prospect and develop new business in commercial/industrial markets.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and partners.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
• Support branch operations and customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to support development.
• Provide sales reporting, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
• Represent Sky Climber with safety and customer service standards.
