Job summary

Olé Mexican Foods, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC. You will drive growth by building relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision makers across assigned routes, while meeting sales expectations and delivering top-tier service.

You will identify leads, travel to customer facilities, and present tailored selling plans to maximize profitability and expand shelf space for our tortilla and bakery products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Retail or field-based sales role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions (email, internet, Word).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with store managers and key customer decision makers.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Travel to customers and facilities providing them with information and support as required to secure and maintain business.
• Grow business by anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions.
• Prepare tailored selling plans with knowledge of specific retail customers and product portfolio.
