Job summary

Ole Mexican Foods Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager in Wilson, NC. You will lead a team of Territory Sales Representatives, cultivate retailer relationships, and drive sales programs across national, regional, and independent accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in retail sales/account management, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel is expected; company benefits include health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Sales and/or Account Management.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Willing to travel and operate with a company vehicle.
• College degree or equivalent DSD experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Territory Sales Representatives within their geography.
• Sell and execute sales programs for retailers, including national, regional, and independent customers.
• Plan and lead promotional and Marketing programs to optimize investments.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new business delivering increased brand ACV across the region.
• Develop and implement displays and planograms to maximize in-store exposure.
