Job summary

Euclid Chemical, a RPM International subsidiary, seeks a Sales Representative for the Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware territory. You will identify prospects, present products, and build lasting relationships with distributors, contractors and owners.

The role offers a competitive salary of $75,000–$78,000 plus monthly commissions, along with comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle or car allowance. Prior outside sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven work experience in outside sales.
• Ability to build productive professional relationships with distributors, contractors, and owners.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within scheduled timeframes.
• Analyze territory potential and track sales and status reports.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, and competitor activity.
