Job summary

Euclid Chemical is seeking a Sales Representative to cover Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware, actively pursuing prospects, calling on distributors and contractors, and promoting Euclid's coatings and restoration product range.

The role requires 3+ years in outside sales, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and the ability to build productive professional relationships. Base salary is $75,000–$78,000 with monthly commissions; full company benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven work experience in outside sales.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM practices.
• Ability to build productive professional relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, collaborating with Customer Services, to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports as requested on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Other duties as required.
