Job summary

Right Coast Medical is expanding nationwide and seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to grow territories, manage provider relationships, and support in-home patient delivery of non-opioid medical devices.

You’ll educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions, conduct demonstrations, and deliver devices to patients while building a business-like territory with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
