American Welding & Gas (AWG) is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across Williston, ND and Sidney, MT markets. The role focuses on expanding customer relationships, negotiating terms, and coordinating with local branches to promote sales at retail locations.

Overnight travel may be required as part of managing a multi-state territory. AWG offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay with commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products strongly preferred.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
• Successful track record of managing a sales territory.
• Strong time and management skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and project scope with existing and new customers.
• Utilize CRM platforms for planning, scheduling, and time management of the assigned sales territory.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and supply agreements.
• Manage Accounts Receivable balances to minimize working capital and risk.
• Resolve customer issues by deploying necessary company resources.
• Collaborate with local branch managers to promote sales at retail locations within the territory.
• Meet goals and objectives set with management.
• Perform administrative duties such as expense management in Concur and profitability analyses.
