Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to grow our Southern Pittsburgh region, serving existing accounts and developing new ones. This role combines field work with home-office flexibility, requiring strong follow-up, organization, and the ability to work independently.

You will participate in hands-on training, HQ visits, and field coaching while earning a base target salary plus quarterly commissions.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
