Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a results-driven Coating Specialist (Territory Manager – Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) to serve and grow an established book of business across Illinois and Wisconsin. You’ll manage current accounts, seek top solutions for customers, and build relationships with millwork fabricators, store fixtures, and furniture manufacturers.

The role offers a base salary with a quarterly commission bonus, plus travel up to 3–5 nights per month.

Qualifications

• Two years outside sales experience selling similar goods.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage current accounts and grow sales within IL/WI.
• Provide top solutions and reliable service to customers.
• Travel 3–5 overnights per month as needed.
