Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company near Pittsburgh seeks an Outside Sales Territory Manager to serve Southern Pittsburgh Region. You will manage relationships with millwork fabricators, architectural/design firms, cabinetmakers, showrooms, and wood shops.

The role offers base salary plus quarterly commissions, an automotive allowance of $600/month (tax free) and mileage reimbursement. Ideal candidate has 2+ years outside sales experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of demonstrated success in outside sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle current customer accounts and grow sales within territory.
• Manage field activities and develop new customers in Southwestern PA and nearby regions.
• Work independently and drive growth with a proactive sales approach.
• Deliver reliable service and follow-up with customers to expand territory.
