Job summary

Arctic Cat, founded in 1962 in Minnesota, is a leading Powersports brand renowned for snowmobiles and off-road vehicles. The District Sales Manager will oversee a dealers network across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland, driving aggressive channel growth in Snowmobile and Off-Road segments.

Required is 5+ years of sales/territory management, strong regional knowledge, and proven ability to build valuable business relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or territory management experience.
• Must reside within the territory (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland) and travel extensively.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong, valued business relationships.
• Innate drive for results with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a network of dealers across multiple provinces.
• Drive distribution channel growth and recruit leading dealers in key markets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow retail sales and market share.
• Serve as liaison between dealers and company; align on goals and programs.
• Analyze sales trends and dealer performance; propose optimization solutions.
• Support dealer training, events and marketing to drive brand awareness.
• Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting to leadership.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory; expected travel 80%.
