What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with OEM customers and distributor accounts
- Identify strategic accounts and markets to drive revenue and product expansion
- Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of products, applications, and competitive landscape
- Obtain specifications and approvals from engineering firms and major accounts
- Provide product training and sales direction to distributors and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in direct and/or distributor sales of industrial technical products
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written; proficiency in PC skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and sustaining sales growth
- Ability to sell multiple products effectively
- Willingness to travel overnight 50%-60% of the time
